However, please note that during occasional sales, there may be potential delays in delivery due to higher order volumes and increased demand.

We will always do our best to ensure that your order is processed and shipped out as quickly as possible. We use trusted shipping providers to ensure that your package is delivered safely and securely. Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number so that you can track your package and know when to expect delivery.

Please note that the shipping time frame of 3 to 5 working days is an estimate and may vary depending on factors such as shipping method, destination, and weather conditions. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping provider or any other factors beyond our control.

If you need your order to arrive by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order to confirm if it is possible to meet your request. We may be able to offer expedited shipping for an additional fee.

In the event that your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately so that we can investigate the issue and take appropriate action. We want to ensure that you receive your order in the best condition possible.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Eligibility:

To be eligible for a refund, the item(s) must meet the following conditions:

  • The item(s) must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.
  • The item(s) must be returned within 2 days of receipt.
  • The item(s) must not be a final sale or non-refundable item, such as custom orders or perishable goods.

Process:

If you wish to return an eligible item, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer service team within 2 days of receipt to initiate the return process.
  • Once your return request has been approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label or instructions for returning the item(s) to us.
  • Pack the item(s) carefully and securely in their original packaging, along with any accessories or documentation.
  • Ship the item(s) back to us using the provided shipping label or instructions.
  • Once we receive and inspect the item(s), we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus any shipping or handling fees, within 7-10 business days.

Please note that we are not responsible for any shipping or handling fees associated with returning the item(s), unless the item(s) arrived damaged or defective.

Non-Refundable Items:

The following items are non-refundable and cannot be returned:

  • Custom orders or personalized items.
  • Gift cards or e-gift cards.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Cancellation Policy:

Exchange Policy:

  • The item(s) must be exchanged within 14 days of receipt.

  • Once your exchange request has been approved, we will provide you with instructions for exchanging the item(s).
  • Pack the item(s) carefully and securely in their original packaging, along with any accessories or documentation.
  • Ship the item(s) back to us using a trackable shipping method.
  • Once we receive and inspect the item(s), we will process the exchange and ship the new item(s) to you within 7-10 business days.

Please note that we are not responsible for any shipping or handling fees associated with exchanging the item(s), unless the item(s) arrived damaged or defective.
